Within my time at Videocraft as a Operations and National rentals manager, we decided we needed to update the rentals experience and create an online catalogue with interactive booking request form. Together with Heidi Tobin the marketing manager and Stephanie Todd the rentals co-ordinator we uploaded the products and created copy and the backend of the website.
